RETRIEVAL & COLLECTION SERVICES

We offer a fast and flexible retrieval and collection service to make sure you’ve got access to the documents you need, when you need them. Based on the outskirts of Norwich, we’re ideally based for business across East Anglia and offer both next day and same day deliveries and collections. In fact, we can have your documents with you in as little as three hours, alternatively, subject to company policy, we can deliver files via courier.


Our drivers are DBS checked and our vehicles are tracked so you’ll know your documents are as safe in transit as they are in our storage facility. If you need even faster access to your files or information, we offer a digital retrieval service, Scan on Demand. This means we can scan and upload an electronic copy to our Client Portal for you to view and download.


To request a retrieval or collection, simply log-on to our online Client Portal and choose the desired delivery date and time. You can access our Client Portal 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Alternatively, you can email us. One of our fully vetted drivers will deliver your documents then return them to our storage facility once you’ve finished with them. With Archive-Vault it couldn’t be easier to keep track of your clients’ documents and ensure compliance with legislation governing the way you store information.


In need of large initial collection? Don't worry, Archive-Vault will co-ordinate any large collections and organise for delivery at our facilities.
