It’s not always possible to know you’re going to need a document weeks or even days in advance, which is why we offer a fast and flexible retrieval and collection service to make sure you’ve got fast and flexible access to your inventory. We’re ideally based for businesses across East Anglia and offer both next day and same day deliveries and collections, via our tracked vehicles and fully vetted drivers. We also offer a digital retrieval service, Scan on Demand, which provides immediate access to files online, whilst cutting down delivery costs.
Once your documents have been transferred to our secure facility, barcoded and tracked, you’ll be given access to our online Client Portal . This gives you 24/7 access to an online record of your inventory, as well as the ability to request collections or deliveries, so you know exactly where everything is, giving you the peace of mind that you’re still in control even when your documents are being stored securely off-site.
If you require a file but do not need the hard copy, our digital retrieval service, Scan on Demand, is perfect. Once we receive your request, we’ll retrieve the hard copy file for you, scan it and upload it to our secure Client Portal, which allows you to view, download or print your file in a matter of time. This enables round-the-clock access to your electronic document without having to wait for the physical copy, this is also beneficial if you are working remotely as you can access the Online Client Portal anywhere, anytime.
We take security seriously. Our storage facility is fire and flood resistant, fitted with intruder alarms and covered by 24-hour CCTV. Our building can only be accessed by our DBS-checked staff and drivers.
Our barcode tracking system offers point-to-point tracking creating a chain of custody so you can find out the location of each and every one of your documents at all times.

Our document destruction service ensures that your confidential information is securely destroyed once it is no longer needed.
By recording the expiration date on your items on our system, we will proactively notify you when boxes or files are nearing the end of their retention period. This means you’re not paying to store sensitive documents past their retention period whilst helping your business to comply with the GDPR rules as well as your responsibilities under The Data Protection Act. All material is destroyed in accordance with EN15713 (European Standard for Information Destruction), and we’ll also issue you a Certificate of Destruction.

If you’re requesting a file from store, you must be on the authorised contact list. This list is provided by the contract manager. We will regularly ask for this to be reviewed to ensure it is always up to date. If you are not on the authorised contact list, permission will need to be granted from the contract manager.
