Thanks to our barcode tracking system you’ll get peace of mind from point-to-point tracking, creating a chain of custody as well as ensuring you’re compliant with Data Protection legislation.


Online Client Portal

Our Client Portal gives you 24/7 access to an online record of your inventory. You’ll also be able to request collections or deliveries at the click of a button, so it needn’t matter that your documents are being kept off-site, even if you need them the same day. Our Scan on Demand service offers immediate access to files online, cutting down delivery costs and giving you access to what you need, when you need it. 


Scan on Demand Service

If you require a file but do not need the hard copy, our digital retrieval service, Scan on Demand, is perfect. Once we receive your request, we’ll retrieve the hard copy file for you, scan it and upload it to our secure Client Portal, which allows you to view, download or print your file in a matter of time. This enables round-the-clock access to your electronic document without having to wait for the physical copy, this is also beneficial if you are working remotely as you can access the Online Client Portal anywhere, anytime.

Secure Document Destruction for Peace of Mind

At Archive-Vault, we understand the importance of securely disposing documents. Our document destruction service ensures that your confidential information is securely destroyed once it is no longer needed.


By recording the expiration date on your items on our system, we will proactively notify you when boxes or files are nearing the end of their retention period. This means you’re not paying to store sensitive documents past their retention period whilst helping your business to comply with the GDPR rules as well as your responsibilities under The Data Protection Act.

 

We take the responsibility of confidential waste destruction seriously. All material is destroyed in accordance with EN15713 (European Standard for Information Destruction) and sent for recycling. We’ll also issue you a Certificate of Destruction for your records, guaranteeing peace of mind your documents are permanently destroyed.
