We are committed to reducing our environmental impact by operating more sustainably and investing in renewable energy solutions. This includes two large solar PV installations that power our warehouse operations and an energy efficient air source heat pump. Our fleet also includes two fully electric vehicles, and we optimise our routes where possible to help to reduce unnecessary mileage and emissions.

We actively promote recycling throughout our business and aim to reuse materials wherever possible. Our archive boxes are sourced with sustainability in mind through a local supplier and are manufactured using recycled materials where possible. By making environmentally responsible choices across our facilities, operations, and transport, we continue to reduce our carbon footprint and support a greener future for our business, our customers, and our local community.

The Sue Lambert Trust

In October 2025, we sponsored the Howes Percival Business Breakfast event. The event was raising money for the Sue Lambert Trust, with our sponsorship funds going directly to the charity. The Sue Lambert Trust supports people who have experienced sexual abuse, sexual assault or violence.

Electric Vehicles

Our first fully electric van joined the fleet in 2022, with a second added in 2024 as part of our ongoing commitment to sustainability. Today, more than 90% of our runs are carried out using electric vehicles, helping to lower emissions, improve air quality, and support our goal of operating in a more environmentally responsible way.

Bure Valley Youth Football Club Sponsorship

Since 2023, we have proudly sponsored the shirts of Bure Valley Youth Football Club’s Jaguars and Hurricanes teams. The club gives young people the chance to pursue their love of football, build friendships, develop teamwork skills, and enjoy the game in a positive and supportive environment.

Team Building at Whitlingham Broad

In the summer of 2025, our team went paddleboarding at Whitlingham Broad, followed by food from Redwell Brewery. Some were more experienced (and well-balanced) than others, but it was a great evening of team building in the sunshine.

We have sponsored the Norfolk and Norwich Law Society (NNLS) Excellence Awards since 2024, including the Lawyer of the Year award for the past two years. We are proud to support an event that recognises excellence and achievement within the local legal profession.

Supporting Norwich Foodbank

In February 2026, we donated 21 boxes of long-life food, drink and toiletries to the Norwich Foodbank, exceeding our original target of four archive boxes. This was made possible through the generous donations of our staff, clients and suppliers.
