Protecting our environment

We are committed to reducing our environmental impact by operating more sustainably and investing in renewable energy solutions. This includes two large solar PV installations that power our warehouse operations and an energy efficient air source heat pump. Our fleet also includes two fully electric vehicles, and we optimise our routes where possible to help to reduce unnecessary mileage and emissions.

We actively promote recycling throughout our business and aim to reuse materials wherever possible. Our archive boxes are sourced with sustainability in mind through a local supplier and are manufactured using recycled materials where possible. By making environmentally responsible choices across our facilities, operations, and transport, we continue to reduce our carbon footprint and support a greener future for our business, our customers, and our local community.

Supporting our communities

As a proud local business, we believe in supporting the communities that support us. We take part in charity events and are passionate about helping worthwhile causes through sponsorships, donations, and community partnerships. We understand the importance of giving back and making a positive contribution beyond our day-to-day operations.

We also value strong relationships with other local businesses and suppliers, working together to strengthen the local economy and create opportunities within our region. By investing in our local area, we help build stronger communities and create lasting partnerships based on shared values and mutual support.

Investing in our team

Behind every service we provide is a dedicated and supportive team. As a friendly, independent business, we take pride in building long-standing relationships with both our clients and colleagues. We believe a positive workplace culture leads to better service, which is why we encourage teamwork, mutual respect, and collaboration across all departments.

From employee feedback, we have created an environment where they feel valued, supported, and can maintain a healthy work-life balance. We are dedicated to providing ongoing training, development, and learning opportunities to help our team grow and develop their skills. By investing in our people, we ensure that clients continue to receive the knowledgeable, personal service that defines Archive-Vault.

Governance and data responsibility

Protecting our clients’ information is one of our most important responsibilities. We operate secure document storage and confidential scanning services that are backed by robust processes, strict confidentiality standards, and comprehensive audit trails. Our chain of custody procedures ensure every document is securely managed and fully traceable throughout its lifecycle.

We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of compliance and information security. Our operations are aligned with GDPR requirements and supported by recognised accreditations and certifications, including ISO 9001 and 27001, Cyber Essentials, and the NHS Data Security and Protection Toolkit. These frameworks help us demonstrate our focus on responsible business practices, strong governance, and the secure handling of sensitive information, giving clients confidence that their records are in safe hands.

Our CSR Commitments

Archive-Vault is committed to continually improving the way we operate and the impact we have on our employees, clients, communities, and environment. Our ongoing CSR priorities include investing in renewable energy, expanding our low-emission vehicle fleet, and taking further steps on our carbon reduction journey.

We will continue to support local charities, community projects, and business partnerships that make a positive difference in our region. At the same time, we remain dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of data security and compliance while investing in employee wellbeing, training, and development. Through these engagements, we aim to grow responsibly, strengthen our communities, and deliver sustainable value for future generations.
