We are pleased to announce that Archive-Vault Ltd has acquired Closed Secure Storage Ltd, a Norwich-based company renowned for its secure document storage solutions.
What led you to the opportunity to take on Closed Secure Storage?
Closed Secure Storage approached us at the beginning of 2025. They have always had a strong reputation in the local area and have supported clients for many years. As another locally based, independent business, we share many of the same values and ethos. It felt important that Closed’s clients continued to be looked after by a company with the same commitment to personal service.
Why did you feel it was the right fit for your business?
This wasn’t about timing or strategy so much as an opportunity that felt right. When Closed approached us about their business, they had a clear timeframe in mind, and we were glad to be able to help make that transition smooth for them. It was important to us that the process was handled with care and consideration.
What does this mean for your customers, existing and new?
