1. First we will visit you to assess your storage needs.
2. Our security vetted driver will collect your documents.
3. Using our indexing service, we will provide a full inventory of all the documents you are putting into storage.
4. They are then placed into our archive boxes.
5. A unique barcode will be allocated to each box enabling point to point tracking.
6. The archive boxes are scanned to a location in our purpose built warehouse.
7. You can then manage your inventory online via our Client Web Server. This includes 24/7 access, activity reports and a fast and secure retrieval service.
