Our fire- and flood-resistant storage facility is equipped with 24-hour CCTV, has secure perimeters and an electric security gate which allows tracked vehicles with DBS-checked drivers to collect and deliver archive storage in secure proximities. Meticulous when it comes to attention to detail, our secure storage unit also includes locked fire-proof vaults for will, deed and data tape storage.

Staff Vetting

Archive-Vault’s employees play an important role in the document management process, undergoing rigorous security checks. Our vigilant staff vetting procedures applies the same level of robust security to on-site and off-site employees.


Whilst off-site uniformed delivery drivers arrive at your site with a clear badge of identification, our on-site employees ensure top-level security by accompanying visitors and contractors around our secure facility. What’s more, Archive-Vault’s vehicle tracking system guarantees an unbroken security process, by monitoring the exact location of our vehicles at all times and ensuring a continuous chain of custody for your documents and creating an automated audit trail.

Our Records Management System

Archive-Vault’s advanced records management software includes a supplementary tracking system, enabling clients to track orders throughout the entire document management process. The allocation of a unique barcode to our clients’ documents means we can scan and record every movement through point-to-point tracking. This custom-built system allows us to create an auditable history of archiving documents, so you’ll be able to find out where your documents currently are and where they’ve been in an instant.


Our clients enjoy 24/7 access to our easy to use online Client Portal. See where your documents are from transportation to retrieval, request collections, order new storage items including boxes and security tags and request destruction for documents you’re no longer legally obliged to store. Even after an item has been destroyed and your confirmation certificate issued, a full movement history is available on our records management software.
